COVID-19 TESTING
CCR is bringing both Serological and PCR TESTING for COVID-19 to our CCR community, Queen Valley and surrounding communities on August 1st starting at 9 A.M .

Each Individual has to be pre registered through Embry's website FIRST, step 1. Then each individual must set their August 1st appointment time with the second link, step 2.
Thanks to Connor at Embry Women's Health/Apollo Healthcare & Diagnostics and thanks to CCR's other partners in this clinic, Queen Valley Community Homeowner's Recreation Hall and the Queen Valley Fire District. Some of the firefighters will be there to help out.
The testing will be held in front of the HomeOwners Hall in Queen Valley Arizona at:
1464 E Queen Valley Dr, Queen Valley, AZ 85118
It's right beside the Fire Station.
PRC testing for both insured and uninsured is free.
Insurance is billed for the insured with no out of pocket fee is charged to you.
Also rapid testing, serological/antibody testing will be available for an extra $25.00 for either insured or uninsured.
